Discovery Session
$145 (90-minute session)
If you move forward with a design package within 30 days, your Discovery Session fee will be credited toward your project.

We’ll walk through your space, discuss your goals and design preferences, and talk through initial ideas for layout, furnishings, paint, budget, and project scope. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and leave with clear next steps, including a recommendation for the JayeHouse service that best fits your project.

Room Refresh
Starting at $645
Looking to update the look and feel of your space while keeping its existing finishes and fixed elements?
We’ll create a design that works with what’s already there, incorporating any existing pieces you’d like to keep while refreshing the furnishings, color, lighting, textiles and accessories.
Ideal for: Spaces that would benefit from a thoughtful refresh without changes to flooring, cabinetry, tile, or other fixed elements

Furniture layout and space planning

On-Site Styling

A focused on-site styling session could be the perfect solution. Whether we work side by side or you prefer to let us take the lead, we'll refresh your space by refining layouts, styling with pieces you already own, and introducing new pieces where they'll have the greatest impact.
Ideal for: Clients looking for guidance and immediate progress without committing to a full-service design project, whether refreshing a single room or tackling multiple smaller spaces in one session
This service may include:
Up to 8 hours of on-site design time across one or multiple spaces
Furniture arrangement, space planning, and styling using your existing pieces
Recommendations for furniture, lighting, rugs, textiles, finishes, and décor
Guidance on what to keep, relocate, or replace
A prioritized action plan with product recommendations and next steps
Full-Service Design
Starting at $1,200

We’ll create a comprehensive design that considers the entire space, from layout and furnishings to finishes and fixed elements. Whether your project calls for new flooring, tile, cabinetry, or simply a more extensive redesign, we’ll bring each layer together to create a space that feels cohesive, functional, and distinctly yours.
Ideal for: Single or multiple spaces requiring new furnishings, updates to finishes or fixed elements, more extensive design decisions, or a complete transformation.
This service may include:
Detailed furniture layout and space planning
Curated selections for furniture, lighting, flooring, tile, textiles, window treatments, wall color, artwork, and accessories
Finish and material selections for elements being updated or replaced
A cohesive design plan with all selections and product details
Furnishing procurement and coordination
Final styling and installation guidance

$100 hourly rate
